Terms and privacy
Draft for launch. To be reviewed by a lawyer before going live.
Using ZAZIM
ZAZIM is a directory. Businesses and members of the public supply listing details; we check what we can, but you should confirm prices and opening hours with the business before relying on them.
Reviews
Reviews must be about a real experience, written by you, and fair. No reviews of your own business or a competitor's. We may hold, hide or remove reviews that break these rules, and we label held reviews for moderation.
Business listings
Owners are responsible for keeping their listing accurate. The verified badge means we checked registration documents on the date shown; it isn't an endorsement. Sponsored placements are always labelled.
Your data
We keep the details you give us (name, email, mobile number) to run your account. Enquiries go only to the business you contact. Verification documents are stored privately and only our verification team can view them; every view is logged. We store IP addresses only in a scrambled form to prevent abuse.
